Crave Cupcakes, founded by sisters Jodi Willoughby and Carolyn McIntyre Jackson, is a Canadian bakery founded in 2004. Inspired by their grandmother’s chocolate cake recipe and their mother’s buttercream icing, Crave Cupcakes specializes in fresh, high-quality baked goods with no shortcuts, no day-olds, just old-fashioned baking done right. What began as a single bakery in Calgary has grown into a beloved brand with seven locations across Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, and Kelowna. In 2025, Crave Cupcakes released its first cookbook, Crave: Cupcakes, Cakes, Cookies, and More from an Iconic Bakery, celebrating over two decades of sweet success and sharing their signature recipes with home bakers across Canada.
