Known for their healthy dietician-curated meal service, FED was the first Vancouver-based company during the COVID-19 pandemic to launch a drive-through grocery store to make a safe, convenient, and contact-free way for patrons to shop for local goods. From independent farmers to local producers of everyday essentials, patrons could easily pick up their goods through the drive-through window or order online and pick up in store.

To drive awareness about the upcoming launch of Vancouver’s first drive-through grocery store, G3 by Fed, we created a two-pronged outreach strategy to target influential B.C. media and influencers. This included drafting a press release announcing the launch and sending directly to local media, strategic media pitching and on-camera interviews, and inviting select influencers for a complimentary drive-through window experience.
