For the first time in 13 years, the National Commercial Real Estate Development Corporation, known as NAIOP, partnered with TransLink to bring the Pacific Northwest Real Estate Challenge to Canada.
Students from UBC, Washington State, and Portland University competed to turn the Coquitlam Central Station into a community hub, making it highly walkable, offer mixed-use buildings, and preserve the functionality of the busy transit area.

Our objective was to announce the competition and bring public awareness to the event.
In order to do this, we worked with representatives from TransLink and NAIOP while coordinating interviews with top media publications, creating targeted media lists and sending and organizing press invitations. This resulted in 7 press hits.
